Meet Ovsan
Ovsan brings a wealth of knowledge and global leadership experience, gained over 30-plus years. Her career started in Europe, then in Canada and now continues in the United States. Over the years, Ovsan’s genuine concern and sincere desire to help people has attracted colleagues and friends who have shared with her the difficulties and issues they had with their own leaders and colleagues. The implausible stories Ovsan heard, bundled with her personal experiences, are the drive and passion behind her book “POWER vs. Heart in Leadership.”
Ovsan has over 30 years of global leadership experience.
She speaks six languages (English, Armenian, Greek, Italian, French, and Turkish) and holds a master’s degree in management and human resources management.
Ovsan is an inspirational speaker, a coach, and a mentor to new managers and team members who are facing issues with their leaders or who want to move up in their careers. Most importantly, her goal is to bring out the best in people and help them to believe in themselves.
