It is not always easy to remain calm and collected, especially if you’re upset or angry, which is generally when your true colors will show. How will you react when you are faced with a tough situation? Will you open your heart or will your power take over?

When we try to see the other person’s point of view, we are able to stop ourselves from using hurtful words or act in such a way that may cause permanent damage to another fellow human being. Being compassionate and understanding is the key to creating a harmonious atmosphere at work, at home and in any relationship.
